JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform administrative assistant duties such as receiving incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information regarding church activities and events. Open, sort, distribute, and process mails and emails. Schedule appointments. Record church information into the database and maintain paper and electronic files.
